We are looking for an AI GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI assets (research outcomes, prototypes) and real-world adoption.

This is a builder role. You will not only shape go-to-market strategy, you will also actively participate, test, and launch use cases that demonstrate the value of AI.

One of our flagship Applied AI Research projects is DVPS, a 29M€ EU Horizon Europe initiative with 20 partners, exploring next-generation AI through multimodal foundation models. DVPS develops open-source, high-performance models designed to learn across multiple inputs and sensors, delivering innovation with real social and industrial impact. About the role:

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Open-source model adoption and developer marketing
   

• AI research, marketing, and ecosystem growth
   

• Performance marketing and funnel optimisation
   

• Stakeholder marketing across research, industry, EU networks, and policy environments
   

Your mission is to turn DVPS research and model outputs into measurable growth: brand awareness, adoption, engagement, partnerships, and qualified leads. This role is ideal for you if you love translating scientific and tech insights into actionable, engaging and GTM-like content and campaigns.

What you will do

• Translate AI prototypes into practical use cases, demos, and applications 

• Build hands-on GTM assets (interactive demos, landing pages, experiments) 

• Partner with technical teams to shape product direction based on market feedback 

• Run rapid growth experiments to validate adoption and engagement 

• Identify and prioritize high-impact business applications 

• Turn complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions

What success looks like in this Role

• AI assets converted into usable demos and use cases 

• Measurable adoption and engagement growth 

• Clear use-case narratives enabling commercial conversations 

• Faster iteration cycles between product and market feedback 

Qualifications Required

• Degree in Engineering, Product, Business, or any related field.

• 5–8 years in growth, product, or GTM roles 

• 2+ years hands-on experience working with AI tools or products
  (LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, AI workflows) 

Preferred skills

• Strong builder mindset (you create, test, iterate)

• Comfortable working with APIs, tools, or no-code environments 

• Ability to translate: 

  • Technical capability → Use case → Demo → Market traction 

• Strong collaboration across technical and non-technical teams

Our office
